Spirituality is an important part of wellbeing, often overlooked or even avoided entirely in our conversations.
It may not be something you are comfortable talking about, and you never have to. But for some clients, spiritual struggles ranging from church politics to crises of faith to the impacts of abuse can play a significant part in shaping how we respond to and give meaning and purpose to life.
I am trained to integrate specifically Christian worldview into counseling. Interventions can be shaped to integrate theology and psychology to support client goals.
