I regularly work with University students, some of whom are young adults negotiating life after school and possibly life at College away from home, or more mature adults facing the demands of higher study. 

 

I can help to get students back on track and more engaged with their studies, other people and with what matters to them by addressing issues like: 

  • stress management

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • getting the balance right between partying and study

  • setting goals for study and improving engagement

  • overthinking

  • procrastination and time management

  • family dynamics and conflicts

  • coping with being away from home

  • general wellbeing and self care strategies

  • identity including gender and sexuality

  • relationships- conflict, friends and frenemies, dating and intimate relationships, loneliness

  • trauma 

  • substance abuse
